3rd week of clinicals

This week I was on mother/baby @ NEMC w/ Mrs. Holcomb. I was a little uneasy @ first, because Thursday was my first day using the computer system & working w/ babies. But, I really enjoyed it. I think that I might actually like being a mother/baby nurse. (for a short while anyway) I did my post-partum assessment, concept map, & teaching plan. My lady has previously had post-partum blues & I had to teach how to differentiate b/w PPD & PPB. So that was tetious for me. But I got through it! I'm excited about next week, except for the whole 6:45 thing :]
