Peds

This week went well. I had a 85 yo lady w/ an AKA. She was from Belgium (sp.) and was very sweet. She did not want to eat, take any medicine or take a bath (Thanks Ms. Ward!) b/c she was scared of getting sick or hurting her leg. It took coaxing to get her to do anything but she usually gave in. She was a good pt. to help me get back into the swing of things. I was also able to see my first post-mortem care done. I guess I did ok w/ it. It was a good week and I look forward to Med/Surg w/ Mrs. Phelps next week.
