the first two weeks in OB were great, except for my pt., she started pushing at 6cm dilated, per DR orders, no luck so they waited until 8cm and gave her an epidural, no luck with that either so they used vaccum assistance to get the baby out. He had bruising and shoulder dystocia, the mother was in a lot of pain, per DR orders.
