Went to SPA Wed. it was pretty cool, I followed a doctor around for a little while, she said she spoke a little Spanish but when we went in the room she was very fluent. In labor and delivery a we got to see something very rare, a 20% placental abruption, the baby aspirated a lot of blood and the apgar was 4 and 9. That was incredible, the other was a vaccum assisted birth with episiotomy, this baby definitely needs to be watched for jaundice.
