End of OB clinicals....

To finish up the OB clinical rotation I had a 21 yo client. She was G3P3. All C-section babies and the oldest is now 22 months!!! Do the math - one baby every 11 months. No wonder she said to the GYN "I need birth control" (I tried hard not to laugh) She is very obese and wondered why she had staples this time and not butterfly tape. (too much to keep in). This woman had a very flat affect! I made her smile once - I told her if the exam hurt she could kick me. I gave Lortabs both days. Traceview was easier this week.
