My first week in OB at NEMC was fun! I was assigned to a mom and baby, i completed my assessments, did my own documentation on the computer, and took vitals. I also got to go with the baby to the nursery and watch him get his footprints and blood drawn for a metabolic test(KPU), and see all the other baby's in there! I enjoyed working on mother/baby floor and my nurse was great so I learned a lot working with her!!
