1st week of clinicals

This week in clinicals was great. I was at NEMC in L&D. I watched 2 women give birth vaginally, one with active std's. The nurses do so much work, almost even the doctor's job. Then I went to Salisbury Pediatrics which was fun. There is only 1 RN right now, the work is done by cna's and moa's, they do all the shots and bloodwork. A RN didn't see any of our patients we were assigned that day. Hope next week in lab is just as fun.
