Rowan OB

So i had a really good time this weekend at Rowan on the post partum floor. Even though i had to take a nurse or someone with me the whole time. I got to hang some IVP and was able to d/c an IV and give some oral meds. I felt like it not being as busy i was able to really sit down and view over the charts and get a better understanding of what was going on and the nurses on the floor was very helpful with any questions you had. It was weird having to deal with someone who is 16 yr's old and just had a baby. It was an eye opening experience. I must admit though being on OB and being a male, I kind of feel uncomfortable sometimes having to tell women something that i will never go through. haha, But overall i have had a great experience and Mrs. Beaver has been a big help and answered all my questions i have had.
