clinicals this week seemed a little easier, i had post partum this week which was more relaxed. i had a chance to review charts and familarize myself with them a little more. it is so different from internal medicine. concept map on mother much easier to do than newborn. also got to do a post partum exam on my patient., i actually got one that was real easy to feel the fundus!! thank god! the looks they give you when you are feeling for it. a few of the nurses were really helpful showing us how to do the assessments. have to admitt it feels weird not doing prep and putting in all that time the night before. all in all it was a nice experience, even though it wasnt that busy. good luck on test everyone and have a good weekend
